Welcome to the Summer 2024 issue of the Bloods for Life Magazine.
A rollercoaster season and a big year comes to a close
with a changing of the guard at the Bloods.
This season gave us thrilling, brilliant football, two pulsating finals
at the SCG, and whilst the Grand Final was a day of great disappointment, we will put that behind us and move on.
It is now time to say thanks and farewell to two of the absolute greats of our Club, John Longmire and Luke Parker.
Their contribution cannot be underestimated, they will be sorely missed, and we wish them the very best for the future. We feature both in this edition of the Magazine.
Also featuring are Mark Browning’s team of the Blood’s best left footers, a piece by Joe Moore on the great Ron Clegg, and our own suburban boy Dave Warner recaps on the East Fremantle players who have made it to the Swans.
We hope you enjoy this edition, and we wish all our Bloods For Life a very Merry Christmas and all the best for an even better 2025.
